Local knowledge
Greenwood isn't one kind of house, and that changes how a repaint gets priced and prepped. The older sections near Old Town and along Madison Avenue are full of mid-century ranches and split-levels — wood trim, wood soffits, sometimes original aluminum siding that has chalked to the point where nothing will stick until it's been washed properly. Those homes reward good prep and punish shortcuts.
Head east toward Emerson and Worthsville, or west toward the Center Grove side, and it's a different story: brick-and-vinyl two-stories built through the nineties and two-thousands. On those, the brick and vinyl are fine but the painted surfaces — trim boards, fascia, garage door surrounds, shutters, gable vents, front door — are usually on their second or third coat and starting to show it. That's a smaller job than a full-body repaint and it makes a house look ten years newer.
Then there's the newest construction on the south and east edges, where builder-grade paint is hitting the seven-to-ten-year mark all at once. Builder paint is thin by design. When it starts failing it tends to go everywhere at the same time.
Interiors are our winter work. If you've been putting off a living room, a stairwell, or a whole main floor, January through March is when we have room and you're stuck inside looking at it anyway.
See it first
Picking an exterior color off a two-inch paint chip is a guess. We built a free color visualizer that takes a photo of your actual Greenwood home and shows you what it looks like repainted — siding, trim, front door, shutters. Try a dozen combinations before anyone opens a can.
No account, no email, no cost. Use it, screenshot what you like, and bring it to the estimate.

Anybody can roll paint. The reason a repaint lasts eight years instead of three is what happens before the first coat.
If we're booked out, we'll tell you that instead of squeezing you in and rushing it.
