Local knowledge
The older part of Whiteland and New Whiteland — the streets in off Tracy Road and US 31 — is mostly homes built between the fifties and the eighties. Ranches, small two-stories, a fair amount of original wood trim, and a lot of aluminum and early vinyl siding. Aluminum siding is one of the most misunderstood surfaces in painting: it can absolutely be painted and look excellent, but only if the chalk is washed off completely and the right bonding primer goes down first. Skip that and the finish coat peels off in sheets within two years. We've seen it, and we've fixed it.
Then there's everything the Clark-Pleasant side has built since the nineties — the newer subdivisions filling in east and north of town. Those are vinyl-and-brick, with painted trim, shutters, and garage surrounds that are now due for their first or second repaint. On a lot of those homes you don't need a full-body job. You need the trim, fascia, soffits and doors done properly, and the house reads as new again.
Smaller towns are the best kind of work for a business like ours. One good job on a street tends to turn into three, and we'd rather earn the next house than advertise for it.
See it first
Picking an exterior color off a two-inch paint chip is a guess. We built a free color visualizer that takes a photo of your actual Whiteland home and shows you what it looks like repainted — siding, trim, front door, shutters. Try a dozen combinations before anyone opens a can.
No account, no email, no cost. Use it, screenshot what you like, and bring it to the estimate.

On the day we said, at the time we said. It shouldn't be remarkable, but it is.
